We couldn’t be more thrilled to share that our very own Vincent has been honoured with a Forty Under 40 award from Business in Vancouver (BIV)! This award recognises young leaders who are not only exceptional in their fields but also deeply committed to their communities—qualities that define Vincent in every way.

For those of us who know him, this honour comes as no surprise. Vincent’s journey has been one of passion, sacrifice, and relentless dedication. He made the courageous decision to leave medical school to keep his family’s restaurant alive, transforming Anh and Chi into a celebrated dining destination.  Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned 3 consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand Awards and pioneered the “Reservation by Donation” initiative, raising over $401,000 for local charities since December 2020.

This drive has led to many accolades and opportunities - including his recent induction into BC Restaurant Hall of Fame as Rising Stars, alongside sister and co-founder Amelie Nguyen. Through every challenge—whether navigating the uncertainties of the pandemic or constantly pushing the boundaries of what a restaurant can mean to a community—Vincent has led with heart, humility, and an unstoppable drive. He pours his soul into everything he does, inspiring those around him every step of the way.
