A delicious spin on the mule
The Anh and Chi bar team is batching and canning it’s own delicious spin on the mule: the Trà Ling!
The cocktail
"Trà" meaning tea and "Ling" meaning spirit. Starting with Teeling small batch Irish Whiskey at the base, you are going to find sweet notes of green tea and pandan followed by a healthy helping of ginger.
Anh and Chi started canning our best selling cocktails in Spring of 2021, the Lotus Paloma was our first born, out of passion, and now we continue out of neccessity. Everyone LOVES it! Our canned beverages are limited edition, max two cans per person.
We value quality and all things local and small-scaled, exempified by the natural and fresh ingredients that go into our recipes, alluring art and design that envelopes each can, and the pure nature and love that goes into hand-batching - this mircro mule - for you.

About the mixologists
Jared Schmidt, an Edmonton native who has worked at some of the top bars and restaurants and competed and placed in several high profile cocktail competitions, before finding a home in Vancouver. Jared led the cocktail program at Anh and Chi for over two years where he combined his knowledge of cocktails with the distinct flavors of our Vietnamese kitchen to creative and fun projects like canned beverages. Together with industry veteran and new Anh and Chi Bar Manager - Caleb Lopez - they are knocking this project out of the park!
About the artist
Priscilla Yu, a Multi-disciplinary Artist, Illustrator, and Muralist working and living out of the unceded territory of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú 7mesh (Squamish), and Səl ̓ ı́ lwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, also known as Vancouver, BC. Her work is inspired by perception and patterns--the way humans create patterns with design, and the way universal patterns can be found within nature on the macro and micro scales. Priscilla has exhibited work in HK, LA, Chicago, Seattle, and worked with brands including Facebook, WeWork, and Lululemon.
