A Culinary Sojourn Across the City

In the spirit of 2023 - The Year of the Rabbit, Anh and Chi embarked on a culinary sojourn, hopping all over the city and leaving our mark at various local events and pop-ups. Collaborating with Fairmont Pacific Rim allowed us to showcase our Signature Vermicelli bowls, a true testament to our commitment to crafting exceptional Vietnamese cuisine. From the lively streets of Car Free Day, where we had the pleasure of serving thousands, to the carnivorous adventure at Brewery and the Beast where a whole hog was fire-roasted with Rebel Rebel Barbeque, each experience was a unique flavour journey.

Vibrant Pop-Ups and Community Connections

The vibrancy of our pop-up experiences with Athiana Acres and Little Mountain Shop added an extra layer of excitement to our journey. These collaborations were more than just culinary events; they were opportunities to connect with the community, share our passion for food, and create lasting memories. Supporting Passions and its record-breaking $250K fundraising on behalf of the Dr. Peter Centre was a privilege, with our co-founder Amelie serving as Co-Chair, further solidifying our commitment to making a positive impact beyond the kitchen. Beyond raising $138,910.00 in 2023 with our Reservation By Donation Program, we wrapped up last year with a truly meaningful evening with staff and members of the Yukon Shelter and Centre, serving up a warm and nutritious Vietnamese meal as a message of care and love.

Welcoming New Faces and Expanding Horizons

As we reflect on last year, it's not just about events but also the growth and evolution of Anh and Chi. We officially launched Mẹ’s Marketplace, a hub for culinary dreams to flourish. Additionally, we proudly welcomed Chelsea McNabb as our new bar manager, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to elevate your dining experience. These additions signify not just growth but a commitment to enhancing the Anh and Chi experience for our cherished patrons.
