The Dishes is a new Scout column that asks Vancouverites to walk us through a map of their ideal day and night on the town. We’re talking breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night cocktails. Tax and tip included.

Now we’re hungry again. What’s for lunch?

I find myself eating lunch at Anh and Chi, even when I’m not working. I always get the Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese crepe made with turmeric coconut milk, made into lettuce wraps with fish sauce! (I really should try different things but hey, quality control you know?!)
