International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. Womyn who collaboratively forge positive change in their communities. Womxn who spend much of their time nourishing others. Women who are making huge strides at home and in their workplaces.
While the rest of North America may still carry a gender and wage gap in industrial kitchens, our kitchen crew is not only made up of more than 50% women but also led by them.
