Amulet Viognier $28.50

Made with grapes grown from some of the Okanagan Valley’s best growing sites, this Viognier is very limited in production. As you pour your first glass, your senses will be awakened with notes of ripe orchard fruit and honeycomb and delighted with notes of crushed almonds and clove on the palate. Pour the last glass of the bottle slowly - this unfiltered wine has a bit of sediment on the bottom!

Pairs with: Caramelized Sablefish

Culmina Grüner Veltliner $33.50

Located on BC’s Golden Mile Bench, Culmina was the retirement project of Donald Triggs (Yes, that Triggs) and the site of this vineyard was a near-perfect soil match to the slopes of the Wachau in Austria. With this data in hand, the Triggs family decided to produce a delicious BC take on the Austrian Grüner Veltliner grape. Known by wine nerds everywhere for its unique herbaceous/ white pepper tasting note, Grüner is the perfect match for all the fresh herbs and flavours found at Anh and Chi.

Pairs with: Dill Pacific Cod

Anthony Buchanan Sémillon $23.50

For Anthony Buchanan, winemaking is a combination of art and science. Committed to eco-friendly farming practices and sustainable winemaking, he crafts each vintage constrained only by the will of mother nature. His nearly-impossible-to-find 2018 Sémillon has notes of ripe green apples and citrus zest on the nose and a wonderfully textural experience on the palate. This is a staff favourite!

Pairs with: Street Side Platter - Meat or Veggie!

Kutatás Pinot Gris $26

Pronounced: Koo-Tah-Tash - a Hungarian term that means research, inquisition, exploration, or quest. Located on Saltspring Island, this small production team hand tends their vineyards & releases their wines only when they believe they are ready. This wine is rich and textured - it’s NOT the fresh and zippy Pinot Gris you might be used to. Think honeydew melon and green apple meets poached pears and banana candy. Just YUM.

Pairs with: King Prawn Tamarind Soup
