Taste your way through the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia with our newest chocolate bar brought to you by West Coast collaborators: NAM Coffee from Orange County, California, Vancouver’s Anh and Chi Restaurant and award-winning Kasama Chocolate. This chocolate bar is a celebration of our neighbors and origins, and an homage to Cà Phê Sữa - Vietnamese Coffee, a drink best known and loved for its combination of bold, dark roast coffee, mixed with sweet condensed milk.
This vegan dark chocolate bar combines fine cacao beans from Davao de Oro in the southern Philippines with freshly roasted robusta coffee beans sourced from Ðà Lạt, in Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Stone ground for three days, the rich dark chocolate with notes of caramel and roasted chestnuts is poured into molds and finished with swirls of sweet, creamy white chocolate made with coconut milk, producing a bar that is both beautiful and bold!
